Please download, print, and complete this enrollment form in addition to selecting your classes and purchasing them via the shopping cart. (Or you can print and pay by cash or check.) Completed enrollment form/release must be received by Ignite prior to your child’s first day of class. Classes run from January 16 through March 30. No classes week of February 20, President’s Week.
Note: Ignite classes are non-refundable.
